Position Summary
The Guest Services Assistant will ensure that we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests. On a daily basis, the Guest Services Assistant will ensure that that the customer service pre, during and post-experience is executed at the highest level. You will be responsible for guest information flow to both team members and management, so strong communication skills are key.
Scope & Responsibilities
Working within the Guest Services department you will be supporting all guest facing departments in their duties. Responsibilities include responding to all guest enquiries via email on the helpdesk system, managing ticket inventory, resolving complaints, responding to reviews. The role requires a passion for delivering great customer service, with a can-do attitude and willingness to provide memorable experiences to our guests.
Background & Experience
You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a wide variety of experience working in customer services. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable.
Desired Attributes
Minimum three years’ experience in customer services.
A desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Confident both working as part of a team and independently.
Flexible (evening and weekend work will be required).
Additional languages desirable.
