Why This Program?

This is hands-on learning at its best, supported by mentorship, expert talks, and formal training. Your Fast Track Modules
Marketing
Get into the thick of it with our busy marketing team. You’ll be involved in everything from crafting social media content to attending meetings with top agencies. You’ll learn how to market live events, analyse customer data, and report on results. Skills that are vital in today’s entertainment world.
Finance
Work closely with our finance team to support production accounting, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll gain hands-on experience with month-end accounts, capital budgeting for new shows, and even lead your own finance project.
Operations
Dive into the action at one of our immersive entertainment venues. From managing operations to working as a Duty Manager, you’ll get to experience the day-to-day hustle of delivering top-tier guest experiences. This module is your gateway to understanding how a live entertainment venue operates.
Production
Be part of the magic that brings new experiences to life. You’ll work with Layered Reality Studios alongside writers, directors, and technical teams to help develop brand-new immersive experiences. This is where creativity meets execution, and you’ll be at the heart of it all.
