We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant to join our Layered Reality team.

The finance assistant will be an essential role in the smooth running of all sections of finance within the group. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the inputting and reconciliation of all transactions, credit control and batch payment preparation, as well as periodic management reporting. The position will be split between home and office working with a minimum 2 days a week in the office.
Scope & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the purchase ledger and sales ledger, as well as reconciling with the PO system where appropriate. You will be the first port of call for all supplier enquiries and internal payment requirements. You will assist the accounts manager with all administrative duties of the finance team.
Background & Experience
You will be a highly self-motivated, detail focussed individual, with experience of a busy finance department. Qualification to AAT standard. Good spreadsheet knowledge and experience of Quickbooks or similar is essential.
Experience of PO systems, google suite and auto entry systems is preferable but not essential.
